I got my hair done by lilly the owner and she did an absolutely amazing job! I have extremely thick and curly hair and got the silk press and a trim. It looked so beautiful after! Owner Lilly is so kind and it was a joy to have her work with my hair! . Thanks so much Lilly and Bloom Salon for making me a happy customer!! 10/10
I’ve been to bloom salon twice now I went and got a silk press with a trim each time. Toni has done my silk press bone straight and I loved it so much she gave me great advice for my natural hair and how often I should get it straightened and trimmed. This time Lily the owner of the salon done my silk press with curls, She is so lovely and greeting. I promise you’ll come in with a smile and leave with one too. I highly recommend this shop for anyone who is natural, transitioning or lives on the west side looking for a great salon.
So, I have found my new salon! The owner Lily is so nice, professional, talented and super sweet! I told her about my "not so great" previous salon experiences and she listened attentively. Lily walked me through each and everything she was doing with my hair and I APPRECIATED every word! My hair is currently bouncing and behaving!! I have been going to Bloom for about a month now, and have been 3 times. I am so impressed with the professionalism of everyone in the salon. I am serviced as soon as I walk in without a long wait and my hair is always styled perfectly! Lily is very welcoming and a professional. I have referred others to her because I am impressed with her styling and service. It is also nice to have a salon on the west side that offers such a great experience!
Great experience... My first time going to a new stylist in about 10yrs, I was skeptical and honestly a little afraid because I knew I need my hair trimmed, lol, but it all worked out greatly. I love my hair, Lily the owner was very professional, down to earth and she knew so much about natural hair. The studio had good positive energy, its very charming and inviting, clean and sanitary. I was very impressed, so it's safe to say that I've officially found my new hair stylist.
