I got my hair done by lilly the owner and she did an absolutely amazing job! I have extremely thick and curly hair and got the silk press and a trim. It looked so beautiful after! Owner Lilly is so kind and it was a joy to have her work with my hair! . Thanks so much Lilly and Bloom Salon for making me a happy customer!! 10/10
I’ve been to bloom salon twice now I went and got a silk press with a trim each time. Toni has done my silk press bone straight and I loved it so much she gave me great advice for my natural hair and how often I should get it straightened and trimmed. This time Lily the owner of the salon done my silk press with curls, She is so lovely and greeting. I promise you’ll come in with a smile and leave with one too. I highly recommend this shop for anyone who is natural, transitioning or lives on the west side looking for a great salon.
So, I have found my new salon! The owner Lily is so nice, professional, talented and super sweet! I told her about my "not so great" previous salon experiences and she listened attentively. Lily walked me through each and everything she was doing with my hair and I APPRECIATED every word! My hair is currently bouncing and behaving!! It's been a long time since my hair has been this gorgeous! To everyone reading this review...BOOK NOW AND BOOK @ BLOOM! I can't wait for my next upcoming appointment and many many more! Erica E.
